Hot But Fun!

Hot was the way to describe the day of my garden tour. Roughly eighty people toured the gardens and gratefully sipped homemade lemon-thyme lemonade. By the end of the day I was ready to sit and relax with family and friends and enjoy the feast Prince Charming cooked. A pork shoulder from Sweet
Clover Market slow cooked on the webber for eight hours and sherried Cuban black beans cooked long and slow on a tripod over hot coals. The meal was delicious! Bean recipe coming soon.
