A NEW COOKING SCHOOL - Amor y Canela 🌴

Hello!

I hope this finds you well and enjoying a beautiful Spring day wherever you may be.

Something new is coming to the neighborhood this summer, and we need your help opening our doors!

Growing up in Chicago I was surrounded by a community that was the customers and workers at my father’s restaurant Chez Paul. I was nourished with French food and amazing experiences. A lot of experiences took place in Mexico as it was a place that we vacationed a couple times a year.
I fell in love with beautiful country at a young age. I’m now working on opening a second cooking school down there which I hope you will come and visit. The Yucatán is a beautiful place with magical swimming holes, tropical fruits growing all around and beautiful people.

Kickstarter is a wonderful community that helps bring dreams to life. Let’s make this happen together. Thank you for supporting my kickstarter.

You may have been to the area and certainly understand my enchantment with this very welcoming and culturally rich community. Opening a school in Valladolid has been a dream of mine for some time, and now it is poised to be a reality.

Opening this September, Amor y Canela (Love and Cinnamon), will bring a much needed resource to Valladolid and this area of the Yucatan (Of course we will still be open still 7 days a week in Shelburne, Vermont).
I have planned a school and curriculum that will support and nurture the community while being an invaluable resource to both locals and travelers.

I have taken the liberty of attaching my Kickstarter campaign. You can read much more about my plans and see videos of the area and project.

With a Kickstarter, you need to secure all the funding to reach your goal, or you receive none of what has been pledged. I thought some of you may be interested in supporting this project at whatever level is comfortable for you.

Thanks for reading and considering…and may you find the support and good will needed to help you reach your most desired and treasured goals!

Thank you for your support!
